Net Zero-Cost Loans

What kind of access do your clients have to their cash values? Midland National provides contractually guaranteed Net Zero-Cost Loans on UL-DB and UL-CV. This innovative rider allows your client to receive up to 24% of the death benefit per year for expenses such as nursing home or home healthcare if they become unable to perform two of six activities of daily living (bathing, continence, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring) or develops a severe cognitive impairment. ABR-C is available with no additional premium2.

Accelerated Benefit Rider–Terminal Illness (ABR-T)

This rider allows your client to receive a portion of the death benefit if the base insured becomes terminally ill. ABR-T is available with no additional premium2.
